Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

Eligibility for Returns: Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. To qualify, they must be in their original condition and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made products, such as personalized panels, cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Warranty Information

Warranty Periods

SolaAir Standard and Pixel Decor panels: 12 months.
SolaAir Standard and Pixel Exterior and Print panels: 36 months.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty applies to:

The integrity of movable elements.
The reliability of colored coatings and/or specific visual effects.
The structural integrity of the panel support.

For Exterior and Print series, the warranty also covers environmental resistance.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

Mechanical or other damages.
Damages caused by exposure to abrasive materials, solvents, or chemicals.
Defects resulting from improper installation, use, storage, or transportation.
For Decor series, damages caused by prolonged exposure to water, liquids, or storage in a humid environment.
Repeated use of coupling elements.
